I want to tell how PNB Metlife and its executives have scammed me in a systemic manner. I started receiving calls in the month of October 2019 from their executives (Ria Sharma & RK Goyal) who said that there is a new scheme which provides a guaranteed return of 9.5%. I was sceptical and asked several times if the returns are guaranteed and if the interest is compounded every year. They said yes and suggested that an executive can visit me and explain to me the entire scheme. Before the visit, there was another call from PNB Metlife which the executives said is from PNB itself to ensure that the customer has agreed for the visit and is not misguided.
Even on that call, the same promise of 9.5% guaranteed interest was re-iterated so I became assured An executive with the name Ramvilas Bansal came, you told me complete lies about the policy. He said that the returns are guaranteed at 9.5% along with other benefits. I also asked him what would happen if I don't pay the instalment the next year, to which he said, there is nothing to worry about, I would be able to withdraw the money after 10 years but I would keep on getting the savings bank account interest. He also made me talk to his manager.
The plan sounded very good hence I and my mother bought policies of Rs 55000 each. Ramvilas said that when the policies arrive, he would come and explain the policies. When the policies came, I informed Ramvilas and RK Goyal and Ramvilas came to explain to me the policy. He flipped many pages and showed me many figures, and again misinformed me about the facts. He goaded me into buying 2 more policies for me and my mother. I had no reason to doubt him or RK Goyal thinking that they are from PNB Metlife.
Just last month, my cousin explained to me the entire policy and told me how I have been scammed. Then I called Ramvilas and he suggested I talk to his manager Ajay Sharma. Ajay Sharma came to my home on 20th May and did exactly what Ramvilas had done. He flipped pages, made me read various figures and lines to convince me that the return is guaranteed. He even wrote on one of the policies the final amount I'll get. I've got the recording of the entire session with him.
There are many call recordings I've got which are enough to establish the systemic fraud done by PNB Metlife and its agaents.
